As told by the artist:

‘This is the story of two Daŋgultji – brolgas – who are at the milngurr, the waterhole. The warlu, the sun, it is hot and the rays of the warlu are hot.
I did this design to make for a tee shirt for my dhuway (husband) first and then a linocut.’
