As told by the artist:

There are bulal bäru (two crocodiles) and Waŋgany balin (one barramundi) in the billabong. One bäru is trying to catch the barramundi amongst the water lilies and reeds.

I often think of how dangerous crocodiles are, doesn’t matter if your a kid or anyone, if you go in the water they will chase you like a barramundi. We cant play in the freshwater or saltwater here because its too dangerous. Hunting in shallow water billabongs is also dangerous.
