In this design (bäru) crocodile is hiding himself in the water-lily leaves.When a crocodile sees a person it dives into the water to hide so that you can’t see him. Crocodiles live anywhere in the swamp,river, billabong,sea, mud, and ocean.
There are three types of crocodiles that belongs to three different clans (Maḏarrpa, Dhä-Ḻuku Gumatj Gupa- Gumatj and Burarrwaŋa Gumatj.
Crocodiles are very dangerous reptiles, we have to be very careful when we go out hunting to look very carefully for crocodiles before going fishing and swimming.
